This is a little "outtake" from the Political AU featured in "Maybe In Another Lifetime." I don't think I need to warn for anything -- it's just a goofy little drabble.

"Why? He's perfect. He's got more policy-making experience than me, his UN background is a great counterpoint to my military background, he knows everything and never says the wrong word, and he'll reassure the people who think I'm too young and reckless for the job."

"What are you talking about? He's just reserved, that's all. Again, a perfect counterpoint. That's strategy for you, strange bedfellows and all."

"No, I'm in the car, but I've got the crackberry with me."
