Awww, I liked this. I feel like lately I've been seeing more "Peter and Elizabeth seduce Neal" so it's nice to see it from the other POV, and to see his frustration. Plus, 5x stories are always great. Also, I adored Peter's unsolved files almost all being Neal and his friends.
